Meeting of Styles Dominican Republic marks the arrival of one of the world’s most respected graffiti and mural art movements to the Caribbean nation. Rooted in the values of creative exchange, cultural understanding, and public art, the festival will bring together local and international artists to transform public spaces while building meaningful connections between communities.
The inaugural edition will take place in Santo Domingo, a city rich in history, culture, music, and artistic expression. Artists from the Dominican Republic and around the world will collaborate on large-scale murals, workshops, exhibitions, panel discussions, and community activities that celebrate the power of creativity to unite people across borders.
As a country with a vibrant street culture and a growing mural movement, the Dominican Republic provides a unique setting for Meeting of Styles. The event aims to create opportunities for emerging and established artists, inspire local youth, encourage cultural tourism, and strengthen ties between the Caribbean and the global graffiti community.
In addition to the main festival activities in Santo Domingo, selected artists may participate in community outreach projects and mural initiatives in Mao, Valverde Province, extending the impact of the event beyond the capital city.
Meeting of Styles Dominican Republic is more than a mural festival—it is a celebration of Peace, Unity, Love, and Having Fun. Through art, collaboration, and cultural exchange, we hope to establish a lasting platform that will continue to grow for years to come and become an important part of the international Meeting of Styles family.
